How It Works
1. We talk it through together, on video
Before I touch a single strand, I want to understand what you actually want. We book a video call where we go through your hair type, scalp, the length you want, the thickness, the color, and the feeling you're after.
2. I make your dreadlocks by hand
After our call, the work begins. Every extension is made individually, by hand, with the time and care it takes to last for years to come β and to look and feel like it's always belonged to you. You'll see photos throughout the process so you feel confident the result will be exactly what you wanted.
3. Your dreadlocks are shipped to you
Once they're finished, they're carefully packaged and shipped straight to you, wherever in the world you are.
Why Seienstyle
My name is Ann-Marie, and I've worked as a dreadlock artist for over 26 years. Over that time I've built my own method, the Seienstyle process β a holistic way of creating, maintaining, and extending dreadlocks that's gentle on both of us, works on every hair type, and is made completely without products.
But before I even start crocheting a single dreadlock, I want to know who you are and what you actually dream of. I always start from you β your scalp, your hair, your vision β instead of forcing you into a ready-made template.
Every extension I ship carries the same care I give the clients who sit in my chair, hour after hour, in Provence or Stockholm. The distance between us doesn't change that β you get the same personal experience, the same precision, the same presence, no matter where in the world the package finally lands.
Real Hair or Synthetic β What Suits You
I make extensions in both real hair and synthetic material, depending on what you want and what fits your lifestyle.
- Real hair gives the most natural feel and movement, and ages beautifully together with your own hair over time. This option suits you if you want to create dreadlocks in your own hair and then extend them with real-hair dreadlock extensions β for more length and volume, with a result that feels completely your own.
- Synthetic dreadlocks are braided into your own hair and are a lighter, often more affordable option. The braided-in synthetic dreads should be redone after a maximum of three months, but the synthetic material itself lasts for years and can be reused each time you redo them.

The price of dreadlock extensions can vary depending on the size of your head and how long it takes to create your dreadlocks. This is the price for a full head of dreadlock extensions. Please contact me for a more specific quote. The cost of the extension hair is included in the price. β You can pay by card, bank transfer, or cash.

That's why I offer personal video coaching, where I guide you step by step through braiding the dreadlock extensions into your own hair, or crocheting them in β depending on which method suits your hair type and your extensions best. This works just as well whether you've ordered real-hair dreadlock extensions or synthetic dreadlocks to be braided in.
