My name is Ann-Marie Christell, and I have been a professional loctician for over 26 years. In the Seienstyle process, we use no products at all. Each dreadlock is built as a stable structure with air inside it, not packed solid, so the hair has room to breathe, mat and mature as it grows. The hair does the work. We simply create the right conditions.

The training

The Professional Loctician In-Person Training is a two-day, one-on-one training. I travel to you, wherever you are in New Hampshire, and we work side by side on live hair models.

Before we meet, you choose your focus. The options include dreadlocks on natural hair, dreadlocks with extensions, maintenance, mermaid dreadlocks, synthetic dreadlocks and more. Because it is just the two of us, the training follows your pace and level.

The Seienstyle process

The method works on every hair texture, so you never need to turn anyone away. Its gentle crochet technique protects your hands and your client's scalp. And because the hair is given the right conditions from day one, dreadlocks begin to mature within two to three months, without the awkward stage.

We also talk about your body and posture, being present with clients through long appointments, and building a practice you love.
