My name is Ann-Marie Christell, and I have been a professional loctician for over 26 years. I have learned to keep my professional container gently and clearly intact. Not because I do not care, but because I do, and because the work only stays sustainable when there is a structure around it.

What our two days together look like

Before we meet, we have a one-on-one video call to understand your experience and agree on your focus. You choose from dreadlocks on natural hair, dreadlocks with extensions, maintenance, mermaid dreadlocks, synthetic dreadlocks and more.

Then I come to you in Oklahoma City, and we work side by side on live hair models for two days. Alongside the technique, we talk through real situations: the friend who wants free dreadlocks, the client who stays for hours after the appointment, the messages late at night. We practise how to respond kindly and clearly.
